Key Qualifications:

- Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and accommodations tailored to each student’s IEP
- Manage caseloads ranging from 6 to 16 students in various specialized units or inclusion settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to promote student growth
- Maintain rigorous documentation and student records in compliance with state and federal law
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data-based interventions
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies based on student needs and progress
