Special Education Teacher Work From Home - Wyoming

A part-time online role is available for an experienced Special Education Mentor to support Special Education teachers in Wyoming through virtual coaching and guidance. This remote position focuses on providing one-on-one mentoring to educators, assisting with individualized education program (IEP) development, and ensuring compliance with special education regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual mentoring and instructional support to Special Education teachers.
• Guide teachers through IEP creation, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Share effective strategies for classroom management, accommodations, and evidence-based instruction.
• Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and professional coaching.
• Assist educators in understanding and adhering to state and district special education requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication via virtual meetings, email, and online platforms.

Qualifications:

• Current Special Education teaching license; Wyoming licensure preferred.
• At least three years of experience in Special Education teaching.
• Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP procedures, and special education compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with virtual meeting and online collaboration tools.
• Previous experience in mentoring or instructional coaching is advantageous.
