- Experience or strong passion for working in K-3 or 4th-5th grade resource settings

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing instruction and support to a caseload of 25-30 students in a resource classroom
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with general education teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
- Creating adaptable lessons and interventions based on individual student needs
- Maintaining accurate records and ongoing communication with families and team members
- Attending school-based meetings and contributing to a positive school climate
