Qualifications:

- Experience with K-12 populations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring compliance and relevant instructional goals
- Deliver targeted instruction and interventions tailored to meet diverse learning needs across general and special education settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to create positive educational outcomes
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed to support growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure effective communication across the team
