Special Education Teacher in Waterbury, VT

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching credential as required by state guidelines
- Experience providing direct services and case management in a school setting
- Strong passion for supporting students with varied learning needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work on-site as all positions are in-person only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group special education services to assigned caseload
- Engage in case management duties, including IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through evidence-based practices
- Complete all compliance-related paperwork and reporting requirements in a timely manner
