Special Education Teacher - West Chester, PA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification in Pennsylvania (SPED in PA) required
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is highly valued
- Knowledge of autistic support strategies and individualized instruction
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students in grades 2, 3, and 4 on an elementary caseload
- Support students within an autistic support classroom, ensuring their unique learning needs are met
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, support staff, and families
