Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License
- LBS1 endorsement (preferably K–12)
- Previous experience supporting students with disabilities (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEP goals and tailored instructional plans
- Deliver differentiated instruction based on student needs
- Track student progress; conduct and report required assessments
- Support classroom and behavior management strategies
- Engage in IEP meetings, family communication, and team collaboration
- Supervise and guide paraprofessionals as needed
