Special Education Teacher - Youngsville, North Carolina

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid North Carolina Special Education License required
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher strongly preferred
- Background in working with high school students
- Behavior management skills or experience supporting students with behavioral needs highly desirable
- Dedication to individualized instruction and team collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct instruction and supports to high school students on your caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure successful student outcomes
- Provide effective strategies for classroom management and behavioral support
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education requirements
- Document student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders
