Key Qualifications:
- Current teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience in high school resource settings preferred
- Expertise in serving students with Learning Disabilities (LD), Other Health Impairments (OHI), and Emotional Disabilities (ED)
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct special education services and specially designed instruction (SDI)
- Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned students
- Complete special education paperwork accurately and timely
