Special Education Teacher in Anoka, MN

Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher License
- Experience working in elementary resource settings preferred
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized instruction for students with special needs
- Document student progress and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff for holistic student support
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies to address student learning styles and abilities
- Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment
- Participate in professional development and training as required
