What you’ll need to succeed:
- Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated instruction to a small group of elementary students with diverse abilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with five classroom paraprofessionals
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to optimize learning
- Maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with families and educational staff to support student development
