What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree required
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement
- A minimum of three years’ experience in special education
- Deep understanding of compliance, IEP facilitation, and instructional coaching
- Proven teamwork and communication skills
- Strong commitment to advancing quality education for all students
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as both a compliance facilitator and instructional leader for special education programs
- Coach and mentor special education staff to elevate teaching practices
- Lead, facilitate, and support Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborate with administrators and educational teams to strengthen inclusive practices
- Ensure fidelity in program implementation and compliance with regulations
- Support the district’s vision for expanding services for students with disabilities
