Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree required
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement
- At least three (3) years of experience in Special Education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as Special Education Coordinator/Instructional Coach and Case Manager for Early Childhood
- Lead and facilitate IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Coach and mentor Special Education staff to improve student outcomes
- Collaborate with administrators, general education instructional coaches, and special education leadership
- Support implementation and expansion of inclusive instructional practices
- Ensure adherence to timelines and best practices in special education programming
