What We’re Looking For:
- Current Special Education (282) Teaching License
- Solid background working with students in resource settings and/or 1:1 support

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to meet students’ unique educational needs, ensuring IEP compliance
- Manage a caseload appropriate to your expertise: resource teachers (up to 15-20 students), or 1:1 case managers (up to 8-10 students)
- Create engaging lesson plans promoting academic, emotional, and social growth
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a positive, safe, and equitable learning environment
