Both positions offer a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, allowing for a balanced workload and meaningful student interaction. Compensation is determined based on education and experience, with an hourly pay rate between $40 and $47.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Maine 282 Special Education teaching license required
- Experience working with students in a self-contained or FLS setting preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to adjust teaching strategies to a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, staff, and support teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals and learning plans
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt plans as needed

- Work closely with fellow educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support each student’s success
