Key Qualifications:
- Active Maine 282 Special Education certification required
- Previous experience teaching students with disabilities in a school setting

Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to students’ needs

- Conduct and document ongoing progress monitoring and data collection
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with the IEP team
- Communicate consistently with parents and caregivers regarding goals, progress, and concerns
- Stay current on best practices and compliance in special education
Compensation for these roles is hourly, ranging from $40-47, based on education and years of experience.
