- Experience working with early childhood populations and/or within a Child Find setting preferred

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instructional plans for students with varying disabilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary Child Find teams to identify and assess students in need of services
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families to support student success
- Create a positive, structured classroom that accommodates diverse learning styles and needs
- Monitor progress, adjust instruction, and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
