Qualifications:
- Must possess an LBS1 endorsement and PEL (Professional Educator License)
- Previous experience in special education or resource teaching preferred
- Ability to engage with 4th and 5th grade students (approximately 8–10 pupils)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide resource support for 4th and 5th grade students, focusing on ELA and Math
- Manage both push-in and pull-out minutes for individualized instruction
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Participate in team meetings and IEP development
- Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring
