Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Missouri Special Education Teaching license; candidates licensed in other states with eligible pending MO certification may be considered
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication abilities
- Previous experience in special education preferred
- Ability to inspire and effectively support students with diverse learning needs
- Onsite presence required; virtual positions are not available
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to student IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain all necessary student records and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment
