- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Adaptability and commitment to fostering a supportive, engaging classroom environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver instruction tailored to individual student needs in alignment with IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and related service providers to ensure student success.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate that encourages student growth and independence.
- Provide direct support in academic, behavioral, and social development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide initiatives.
