Desired Qualifications:
- Active and valid Vermont teaching certification/license in Special Education.
- Previous experience with elementary/middle school-aged children preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organization skills.
- Compassionate, adaptable, and eager to collaborate with staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support in a regular Special Education classroom for 3rd-4th grade students.
- Maintain and manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 students.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and families.
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM; assignment runs ASAP through June 17, 2027.
