Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active Special Education Teacher certification in Pennsylvania
- Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood students (ages 3–5)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to the unique needs of a growing caseload
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for young learners
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching techniques accordingly
- Establish engaging, nurturing classroom routines for children new to structured learning
- Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care and growth
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in Special Education
