Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teacher certification in Pennsylvania (SPED in PA)
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood education (ages 3-5)
- Passion for supporting diverse learners, including students with developmental needs
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility and a growth mindset as caseload evolves
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized instructional plans for children with special needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth
- Collaborate with families, support staff, and educational teams to ensure holistic care
- Monitor student progress and adapt strategies to fit evolving needs
- Provide timely documentation and maintain accurate records as required
