Key Qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary educator for a self-contained classroom of 12 students in grades PreK-5
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the needs of each student
- Employ evidence-based strategies and adaptive curriculum for students with Autism and behavioral differences
- Collaborate closely with ancillary service providers (OT, PT, SLP) and paraprofessionals
- Foster a classroom culture that emphasizes safety, respect, and positive behavior supports
- Maintain detailed records on student progress, interventions, and ongoing needs
- Communicate proactively with families to ensure consistent support between school and home
