Special Education Teacher | Cincinnati, Ohio

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification
- Experience working with high school-aged youth, preferably in dropout recovery or alternative settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and students
- Comfortable with full-time hours (40 hours per week) and direct student support on site
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop, monitor, and update IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions

- Maintain clear communication with students, families, and school staff regarding educational progress
