Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction and support for students with disabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) License required
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and special education best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and success
