Special Education Teacher | Corona, California

Key Qualifications:
- Active California Special Education teaching credential required (please submit a screenshot of CTC credentials)
- Experience working with special education populations preferred
- Knowledge of Resource Specialist Program (RSP) practices
- Flexibility and adaptability to support students with diverse needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students as assigned within the RSP framework
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals and objectives
- Employ evidence-based strategies to nurture academic, social, and emotional growth
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement
This assignment is available to start as soon as possible and runs through the end of the school year, with caseload details currently being finalized. Only one position is available, so prompt applications are highly encouraged.
Compensation for this role ranges between $45 and $55 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
