We are looking for:

2 SDC (Special Day Class) Teachers
- Must have a valid California Teaching License
- Moderate/Severe Credentials
- Autism Credential required

2 RSP (Resource Specialist Program) Teachers
- Must have a valid California Teaching License
- Mild/Moderate Credentials required
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments
- Strong understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
- Proven ability to collaborate with teams, families, and support staff
- Commitment to classroom management and differentiation strategies
Responsibilities:
- Plan, adapt, and deliver instruction tailored to students’ needs
- Implement IEPs with fidelity, collecting data to track student progress
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Foster a welcoming and positive classroom climate
- Work closely with paraprofessionals (with a 3:1 para to student ratio) to support individualized needs
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, ideal for educators seeking stability and opportunities to make a difference. You’ll be equipped with paraprofessional assistance and the collaboration of a passionate special education team.
