- Facilitate IEP meetings and actively engage parents/guardians in their child’s educational planning
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
- Participate in relevant trainings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
