Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Teaching Certification in Special Education (required; must submit with your resume)
- Experience or passion for working with elementary-age students in a resource setting

- Ability to develop individualized education plans and deliver engaging, accessible lessons
- Willingness to embrace project-based curriculum and technology-rich instructional methods
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students in K-5 elementary resource programs, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress and inclusion
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student achievements in line with IEP goals
- Foster a supportive, positive, and creative classroom climate
- Manage caseload responsibilities, including IEP meetings, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school team activities
