Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher License
- Prior experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to students in the elementary resource room
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned caseload
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service staff
- Engage students through adaptable teaching strategies and supportive interventions
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress meetings
- Work closely with families to ensure students’ needs are met and goals are achieved
