Special Education Teacher in Elk River, MN

- Valid Special Education teaching certification for Minnesota (or ability to obtain prior to start)

- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a classroom setting preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and ability to adapt instruction to individual needs
- Strong communication skills for partnering with families and staff

What you will do:
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators
- Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals working within your classroom
