- Ability to use a variety of instructional strategies and accommodations
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that address students’ individualized learning goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
- Assess student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust plans as needed
- Facilitate IEP meetings and communicate progress to families
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Implement behavioral and academic interventions as required
- Support students in accessing curriculum and participating in school activities
