Special Education Teacher - Fontana, CA

With 35 hours per week, you'll work closely with 27 students, providing targeted instruction and collaborating with families, staff, and fellow educators. Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid CTC Mild to Moderate Certification (required)
- Experience working as a Special Education Teacher in school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to create and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Passion for supporting a diverse learner population spanning transitional kindergarten through 6th grade
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized academic support tailored to individual student needs
- Develop, monitor, and report on IEPs and student progress
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff for integrated services
- Maintain open communication with families regarding student growth and needs
