Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure effective support
- Implement and monitor IEPs, documenting student progress
- Employ creative strategies to engage students in learning and promote independence
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development sessions
- Adapt curricula and lesson plans, ensuring alignment with students’ abilities
