Special Education Teacher - Fremont, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Previous special education teaching experience in California schools required
- Valid Mild/Moderate California Special Education Teaching Credential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique strengths and needs of each student
- Provide both small group and individualized instruction to students on your caseload
- Monitor progress, record data, and regularly report student achievement
- Collaborate with school staff, administration, and families to maintain positive and productive relationships
- Support student integration and participation in school activities
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding special education services
