- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Track and document student progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local special education requirements
