- Experience hosting eligibility and IEP meetings with families and professionals
- Skilled in progress monitoring, data collection, and compliance documentation
- Strong case management abilities, particularly with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Learning Disabilities, and multiple disabilities, including Down Syndrome, TBI, and orthopedic impairments
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) according to student needs
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as a collaborative team member
- Foster an inclusive learning environment in line with Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) practices
- Monitor student progress by collecting and analyzing data, and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation
- Serve as an advocate for students with disabilities, supporting academic and behavioral goals
- Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
