Qualifications:
- Active and confirmed Special Education Certification for Virginia (onsite roles only)
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher in self-contained or inclusion settings preferred
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) from August to June
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting prior to start
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction in accordance with IEPs
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and school staff
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment for K-8 students
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
