Four onsite positions are available, each delivering a distinctive environment and caseload:
- Hall Elementary: Inclusion/resource, caseload of 9-10 students.
- Reskin Elementary: Inclusion/resource, caseload of 6-9 students.
- Reskin Elementary: Structured classroom for high-incidence students (5 students, supported by 2 Paraprofessionals).
- Marquardt Middle School: Co-taught/instructional ELA, caseload of 8-9 students.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Current and active PEL LBS1 certification.
- Background in resource, inclusion, or structured SPED settings.
- Willingness to assist with toileting and support positive behavior interventions, as needed.
- Adaptability and collaborative spirit to integrate into new educational teams.
- Travel or relocation readiness for the school year (8/11/26 – 5/24/27).
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction for a manageable caseload.
- Implement IEPs and adapt lessons for diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate closely with Paraprofessionals and general education staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
