- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in both English and Special Education settings to high school students
- Adapt and modify lessons to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring inclusion and access to curriculum
- Manage a designated caseload, overseeing progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain required documentation, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
- Foster a supportive, positive learning environment that promotes academic and social growth
