Special Education Teacher in Hamilton, OH

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active state certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
- Experience teaching at the middle school level preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Deliver differentiated instruction and provide individualized support to students with various learning needs
- Write, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Track student progress, document outcomes, and communicate effectively with families
- Partner with a team of educators and specialists to foster an inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and staff meetings
