Qualifications:
- Active special education teaching certification (PreK preferred, but elementary accepted)
- Experience with a range of disabilities (ID, OHI, EBD, Specific LD, behavioral needs)
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:00pm
- Dedication to individualized student support
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 10–11 students with varied disabilities
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and administrators
- Adapt teaching strategies for high behavioral students
