Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with Early Childhood Special Education endorsement
- Dual certification as required for the role

- Strong organizational, documentation, and classroom management skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted, engaging instruction to children ages 3-5 in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and other educators to create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet developmental needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and family conferences
- Foster social-emotional growth and a positive learning community
