Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging math lessons tailored to the needs of students with disabilities
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state regulations and school policies
- Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust instruction as needed to maximize growth
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
