Desired Qualifications:
- GaPSC Teaching license (active) with P-12 Special Education and Dyslexia endorsements
- Experience supporting students with Autism, developmental and learning delays, and speech/language needs
- Previous work in inclusion classroom settings and with elementary-aged students (PreK-2nd grade) is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and classroom support for 8-10 students, primarily in 1st and 2nd grade
- Collaborate with general education teachers and additional support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Supervise and assist with toileting as required for specific student needs
