Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification

- Skill in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and other professionals
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver adaptive instructional strategies tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Complete necessary documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and support both one-on-one and in small groups
- Build strong relationships with families and communicate student progress
