- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in similar settings is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Develop, review, and maintain IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Provide direct instruction and intervention in both individual and small group settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student development and progress.
- Track and report on student achievement, behavior, and goals through ongoing assessment and documentation.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required.
