Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Possess an active Minnesota Special Education (SPED) teaching license (all tiers welcome).
- Experience working with elementary and/or high school students in resource, ASD, DCD, or EBD settings is highly valued.

- Effective communication skills for interacting with students, families, and team members.
- Flexibility and resilience to support varied durations and transitions between assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a long-term substitute teacher in specialized special education classrooms (Resource, DCD, ASD, EBD).
- Deliver engaging in-person instruction, adapting teaching methods to meet IEP goals and diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, paraprofessionals, and families to foster student growth and achievement.
- Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and contribute to IEP documentation.
- Manage classroom environments and provide behavioral support as required.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with colleagues.
