What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (required)
- Experience teaching in K-8 settings, especially charter schools, highly valued

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a K-8 special education caseload with individualized support
- Develop and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
